My son has been going here for the last few months for an expander and now braces. Therefore, I have interacted with the staff 3-4 times in our consultation and subsequent checkups.
In my experience, the staff is kind and professional. I appreciated them, especially during the consultation, when they were patient and made sure I understood what needed to happen. This whole process was new to me. I also really appreciated that they worked with me financially. Insurance didn't cover this so having a payment plan was the only way to make it happen.

I was referred to Dr. Shoukri and his team about a year ago. I was somewhat hesitant to begin a second round of orthodontics, especially since I had just turned 32—it didn’t seem ideal to me. However, Dr. Shoukri and his team immediately made me feel comfortable as an adult patient, and I couldn’t be happier to have entrusted my case to them. They are a genuine and professional group that truly cares about helping each and every one of their patients.
Dr Brandon is the best!! So knowledgeable and caring and his staff members are just as great. Just a warm, welcoming office. Will always refer to him!

We've had a fantastic experience at Ann Arbor Orthodontics. We were recommended to go here by our pediatric dentist, and I couldn't be happier. In particular, I love that Dr. S was available for a weekend issue and followed up with me via text and call. The staff all talk to the kids directly about every step of the process, and made us both feel well cared for and comfortable. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I never had braces as a kid and have always been insecure about my smile; however, Dr. Shoukri and the entire team made the Invisalign process so easy and comfortable. They were kind, professional, and attentive every step of the way, ensuring I felt confident throughout my treatment. I also did teeth whitening at the end, and it was the perfect final touch—my smile is now straight, bright, and better than I ever imagined. Dr. Brandon and his team are top-notch professionals. We drive from Lansing for treatment and our son is away at boarding school and he and his staff work around our complicated schedules very well. Dr. Brandon and the staff at Ann Arbor Orthodontics are incredible. I was very impressed with the organization of the practice and the interior design of the office from the beginning during my consultation. My orthodontic treatment was started by Dr. Maria Pinzon and was taken over by Dr. Brandon towards the end of my treatment. Although I was sad to see Dr. Pinzon retire, Dr. Brandon continued my treatment plan seamlessly, answered my questions, and always worked around my busy schedule. With their warm personalities, Ronda, Shelby, and Ella made the office feel like home. The office also ensured I could afford my care with a payment plan. Dr. Brandon is a talented orthodontist and I felt very safe under his care. After two years in traditional braces, my teeth are beautiful! I can't say enough about this practice!
