Very friendly staff who are patient and carefully walk through all the details we needed to know. Most importantly, they are on-time! We have never been kept waiting for an appointment, which is super appreciated when trying to plan.

I was already impressed with Ann Arbor orthodontics, but today Dr. Brandon topped all that! My son ate something he wasn't supposed to 2 days after getting his bite block put in and the bite block became displaced. This unfortunately occurred the evening before we were to go up north for the entire week. I messaged them to see what I should do. Well, Dr. Brandon called, on his way home from a wedding no less, and said "How soon could you get to the clinic? I'll be passing by soon!" We met him at the closed office and he took care of it for us. They are the type of establishment to go above and beyond when it comes to not only quality care, but also customer service. The entire staff are very kind, reassuring, and friendly. In addition, I appreciated their comfy waiting room with a kurig and various beverages. It genuinely smells so good I had to ask what the scent was!

My granddaughter loves the special attention she gets, and they were very gentle with her treatment for braces & palette expander.
