I am so grateful to have been referred to Ann Arbor Orthodontics and Dr. Brandon Shoukri! My experience so far has been wonderful and seamless. The entire team there is kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable and the office is beautiful and clean. If you’re considering getting any orthodontics work done, I highly recommend this practice. Update: After 7 months, my braces are finally off and I couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of my experience - from Dr. Shoukri and his wonderful team, the professionalism, the patience and care I received, and the amazing outcome…wow! I have hidden my smile for so many years because of how self-conscious I’ve been about my teeth. I’m now smiling constantly and feel so confident. I was already impressed with Ann Arbor orthodontics, but today Dr. Brandon topped all that! My son ate something he wasn't supposed to 2 days after getting his bite block put in and the bite block became displaced. This unfortunately occurred the evening before we were to go up north for the entire week. I messaged them to see what I should do. Well, Dr. Brandon called, on his way home from a wedding no less, and said "How soon could you get to the clinic? I'll be passing by soon!" We met him at the closed office and he took care of it for us. They are the type of establishment to go above and beyond when it comes to not only quality care, but also customer service. The entire staff are very kind, reassuring, and friendly. In addition, I appreciated their comfy waiting room with a kurig and various beverages. It genuinely smells so good I had to ask what the scent was!

I was treated by Dr. Pinzon here, and now my daughter is being treated by Dr. Shoukri. What initially drew me was the lower cost compared to other clinics. But what kept me coming back for my kids' treatments is their effectiveness and kindness. They have the best staff I could ever imagine.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say about this office - I'm so glad to have found them. From the very first visit, Dr Shoukri and his staff were welcoming, kind, patient, and informative. Everything from being thoughtful about my comfort and being friendly, the ease of finding appointment times (especially when you have to go frequently with orthodontics), as well as administrative issues like billing insurance and communicating with other providers - has been completely smooth. Dr Shoukri makes it a point to know everyone personally and to make sure that as the patient, your goals and your comfort are top priority.
